Jennifer Andress is a Senior Consultant at BrownFlynn, where she dedicates her time to helping clients determine and communicate their sustainability performance, and develop and implement employee engagement strategies. Jennifer is Co-Founder/Co-Director of an inner city mentorship and tutoring program for women, coaching them in the areas of wellness, career pathing, and living sustainably. She earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering at the University of Toledo, and loves outdoor adventures, gardening, and spending time with her family.

John Bartels is partner and principal with Inverness Investment Council & Wealth Advisory. John works primarily with high net-worth families and executives, designing plans that take into consideration their unique goals and acceptable risks. He is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization and on the boards of Shaker Heights Country Club, Womankind, NEO360 and Gateway Cancer Research. A graduate of John Carroll University, John and his wife Kristen are raising their three boys in Shaker Heights.

Todd Bennice is Vice President - Risk Management for Hylant, a position he's held since 1999. As Vice President and Global Team Leader, Todd is in charge of production and client service for a wide range of domestic and global property & casualty clients. Todd has held leadership positions with a wide range of leading Ohio companies including American International Group and CNA Insurance.

Katherine Bush served as principal of Willson Elementary, part of the Cleveland Municipal School District (CMSD), with half population children who are deaf or hard of hearing. Katherine has 30+ years of experience in education, as an administrator, coach, mentor and teacher. Her Bachelor of Science degree is from Kent State University, in addition to both her Master's Degree in Educational Administration and Principal's certificate. Katherine has administrative experience in various states, including Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida and Arizona. She has worked in public, charter and private schools as a principal.

John Huff is the Chief Operating Officer of PurUs Health, LLC which owns the Good Greens brand of products. Good Greens is a line of wellness bars that provide the nutritional equivalent of 100% of the daily recommended servings of fruits and vegetables. John earned a Masters of Business Administration from the John Carroll University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is an active member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. John also served in the Marine Corps Reserves in the 4th Landing Service Battalion.

Scott Kuhn is a Restaurateur and owner of The Driftwood Group. Scott attended the University of Akron's culinary program while working in local restaurants and finished his degree in management from Malone College. The Driftwood Restaurant Group was born with the purchase of the Allegheny Grille in the small town of Foxburg, Pennsylvania in 2005. In 2007, Scott reestablished the Welshfield Inn in Burton, Ohio and opened 87 West, located within Crocker Park in Westlake, Ohio. In 2010, Scott opened Washington Place Bistro and Inn, located in Little Italy in the space where the once famous Baricelli Inn existed. Most recently Scott has launched Hodge's, Cibreo Italian Kitchen, and Rothschild Farms with Chef Chris Hodge in Cleveland's downtown.

Michael Lyons has always loved food and wine, but only recently has he begun cooking professionally. Previously Michael worked as a Big Six technology consultant, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, software implementation and project management. Already possessing an undergraduate degree from Duke University and Masters degrees in Accounting and Finance from Bentley College, Michael graduated valedictorian of his class and earned the prestigious Chaines des Rotisseurs honor at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, Cordon Bleu program. After several prestigious positions in the Cleveland restaurant scene, he now runs his own catering company, Accessible Gourmet.

Patti Schaar is a Consultant for her own company, Patti Schaar Consulting. Prior to striking out on her own, Patti finished a long and highly acclaimed career with McKinsey & Company by serving as the chief operating officer for the "Capability for Performance Practice," with high priority and visibility as one of the few truly global undertakings of the firm. Patti has also worked for such high profile companies as GE, NAC International, and Owens Corning.
